Ashley Froelke, CISR, is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as an Account Executive and Senior Client Manager at Kraus-Anderson Insurance since November 2014. Previous experience includes serving as an Operations Services Representative at American Family Insurance, where daily interactions with producers and underwriters facilitated service for personal lines customers across multiple states. Prior to that, Ashley worked as an Administrative Services Specialist at The Christensen Group, providing customer support and office assistance. Early career experience includes a role as a Certified Photo Lab Technician at Walgreens, ensuring top-notch customer service. Ashley holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Normandale Community College and completed coursework at Kaplan University in 2013.
