Dave Stalsberg

Dave is one of the most seasoned leasing professionals, adding value to the portfolio by securing new tenants and retaining current tenants, and managing and mentoring the leasing team to achieve the lowest vacancy and highest rents possible.

Dave has been with KA since 2007. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas Real Estate program and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, including previous experience at Northstar Partners/Cushman and Wakefield and Griffin Companies. At Kraus Anderson he has been directly involved in over 2.7 million square feet of transactions.

Dave’s industry affiliations include service as former chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) NextGen program, and on various Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) committees. He is a long time member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognizing experts in commercial real estate and investment real estate.
