Michael Hille

EVP, Kraus-Anderson Realty & Development at Kraus-Anderson

Mike is responsible for the overall strategy, operation, and performance of Kraus-Anderson’s real estate portfolio, and Development and Realty businesses. He joined Kraus-Anderson in 2016 and led the company’s largest development project, the KA Block, as well as driving consistent growth, diversity, and performance in the Kraus-Anderson real estate portfolio.

Prior, Mike has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in real estate development across most major U.S. and Canadian markets, developing over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mike has been a respected leader for two Fortune 100 companies leveraging his cross-discipline background providing a multi-faceted approach to real estate development. Throughout his career he has established long term relationships with each of the partners he has worked with.

Mike is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
