Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell is a co-founder of the Krause Bell Group, a management consulting firm, where Kristen advises senior leaders on organizational culture and safety performance. In their role as Director of Innovation at the same firm, Kristen co-authored "7 Insights into Safety Leadership," conducted innovative research on SIF prevention, and created decision-making simulations aimed at reducing serious incidents. Prior to their current position, Kristen served as an independent consultant focused on safety performance in the mining industry and worked at Behavioral Science Technology as Vice President/Executive Consultant, where Kristen implemented initiatives to enhance safety culture and organizational effectiveness. Kristen holds an MBA from California Lutheran University, an MA in Community and Clinical Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington.
