Rachael Pfaff is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience across the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at MarVista Entertainment and a Voting Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Rachael previously held significant roles at Netflix, including Director of Creative Marketing and Manager of Global Brand Partnerships. Rachael's expertise also includes a tenure as Vice President of Global Partnerships & Promotions at Lionsgate, and a successful career in corporate sales and marketing with the Minnesota Timberwolves and other organizations. Rachael Pfaff earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
