Amaru Guadamuz has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, starting their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel in 2013. Amaru then progressed to become a Team Support Specialist and Mentor, where they played a crucial role in fostering team growth and achieving exceptional results. In 2015, Amaru transitioned to Geeks on Site, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition | HR Coordinator and later as a Sales Tech Support Specialist, utilizing their technical expertise to drive sales and provide excellent support. From 2016 to 2019, Amaru worked at Opticall BPO, initially as a Supervisor and later as a Telephone System Administrator, coordinating operations and maintenance of the Noble Contact Center Solution. Currently, Amaru is the Sr Director of Client Services at Krause and Kinsman Law Firm, leading the contact center division and facilitating effective utilization of the Contact Center platform, Five9. Amaru is responsible for ensuring exceptional service through strict SLA adherence and minimal abandon rates, as well as administering payroll operations.

Amaru Guadamuz obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) from 2022 to 2024. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Psychology at UNIVAL from 2018 to 2019.
