Fahad Sehgal

Fahad Sehgal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2021. Fahad started their career as an HR Assistant at an Educational Institute in 2007. In 2010, they became an HR at City Grammer School, where they were responsible for HR operations, making schedules of staff, teachers grooming program, and students personal record. In 2011, they joined K-Electric as an Assistant Manager HR, Senior Executive HR, and Senior Human Resources Officer. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, selection and onboarding of candidates, coordination with Region for the deficiency of the employees in ORG chart, and payroll processing of OSP Employees. In 2017, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Agha Steel Industries, where they were responsible for resource allocation management of more than 1000 employees. In 2019, they were the Head of HR Outsourcing at Daraz.PK. Currently, Fahad is a Founding Member - People & Organization at Krave Mart (YC S22) and an Assistant Vice President HR (Lead HRBP South) at National Bank of Pakistan.

Fahad Sehgal obtained their Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology between 2011 and 2014, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Fahad had previously obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Karachi University between 2007 and 2009, specializing in Commerce.
