Courtney Omell is an experienced editor and content manager currently serving as the Editor for Restaurant at The Krazy Coupon Lady since April 2024. Previously, Courtney held several roles at Brad's Deals from February 2010 to October 2022, including Manager of Blog Content & Voice of the Customer, where responsibilities encompassed researching and writing articles while optimizing for revenue and engagement, maintaining the content calendar, implementing SEO best practices, and collaborating with various teams to enhance content performance. As a Manager of Social Media & Customer Care, Courtney built a customer service department and launched a VIP community to engage users. Earlier roles included Social Media Analyst and Deal Editor. Courtney's career commenced at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Shift Supervisor, following internships at Sharp Marketing & Advertising and Girl Scouts of Michigan Capital Council.
