Divya Syam

Divya Syam has a wealth of experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Divya began their career in 2011 as a Retail Banking Specialist for South Indian Bank. Divya then moved to Bank of Baroda, where they held the same role and was a key SME for Finacle, the banking solutions software. In 2020, they joined RAMtechnologiesinc as a QA Specialist, where they created functional test cases, executed smoke test cycles, and performed end-to-end testing for mobile and web applications. Currently, they are employed as a QA Analyst at The Krazy Coupon Lady.

Divya Syam earned a Master of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Stella Maris College between 2008 and 2010. Divya then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Teresa's College between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, Divya Syam obtained a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in August 2021.
