Prashant Ipe has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Prashant started their career at Twin Peaks Technologies as a Designer & Creative Writer from 2008 until 2010. Prashant then joined Quadruple Education Network Private Limited as a Technical Team Lead from April 2011 to September 2013. Following that, they joined Como Group Asia Pacific as a Senior Developer from October 2013 to April 2015. Prashant then moved on to KRDS, where they took on multiple roles including Tech Lead from July 2015 to March 2016, Senior Technical Manager from April 2016 to March 2017, Technical Director from April 2017 to December 2017, and Chief Technical Officer from January 2018 to the present. Most recently, Prashant has become the Managing Director at KRDS since August 2020, showcasing their progression and leadership within the company.

Prashant Ipe completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Madras Christian College in 2008. Prashant then pursued a Master's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Asian College of Journalism in 2008-2009. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they obtained another Master's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Anna University.
