Dietmar Reihs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, training, and consulting. Since January 2019, Dietmar Reihs has held the position of Geschäftsführer at Kre-aktiv GmbH. In addition, Dietmar Reihs serves as a Gastdozent at Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg since March 2012, focusing on team development and negotiation skills. As the owner of Dietmar Reihs / Unternehmensberatung-Trainer-Coaching-Teamentwicklung since September 2007, Dietmar Reihs specializes in consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (KMU). Previously, between September 1988 and 2019, Dietmar Reihs contributed to the Austrian Armed Forces as a Personalmanager, leading leadership training and crisis management initiatives. Dietmar Reihs also has experience as a Crisis Manager for Qualisec from 2007 to 2009 and is a graduate of Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
