Louis Marchetta has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Louis served as Associate Director of Finance at The KRE Group, a family-owned real estate investment and management company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate in Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield, advising and representing clients on property occupancy and investment. Louis also worked as an Associate in Investment Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, one of New York City's largest investment-sales brokerages.
Louis Marchetta completed their education at Rutgers Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Louis attended this school from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Fordham University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Economics.
