Previously, Ruchika held positions at Hema Engineering Industries Limited from December 2012 to January 2016, starting as Assistant HR Officer and progressing to Management Trainee in HR. Ruchika holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the College of Engineering Roorkee and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Chinmaya Degree College.
