Tesar Chauhan

Tesar Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2009 as a Partner and Manager Operations at Albatross Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. From 2012 to 2013, Chauhan worked as a Sales Assistant at Charlotte Reid London Ealing Broadway. They then transitioned to a role as a Store Manager at Baskin Robbins, where they managed stock inventory, ensured adherence to food safety policies, and handled employee management tasks.

In 2013, Chauhan became the CEO of Fanfabin / Aheadzen Media Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the complete business portfolio. They also served as a Business Development Manager at SAG InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period.

From 2015 to 2019, Chauhan worked as a Senior Account Manager at CareerBuilder, where they focused on selling recruitment-related media and HR technology products to corporate and staffing companies. They managed 75 enterprise accounts and focused on customer retention and renewal. During this time, they also held a concurrent role as a Business Owner of Chauhan Filling Station at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Chauhan then moved on to work as a Senior Client Partner at VBeyond Corporation from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they built and managed client relationships and led sales and marketing efforts to achieve business growth. They also negotiated contracts and managed projects for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

In 2021, Chauhan joined Enterprise Solutions Inc. as a Business Manager. They developed and implemented successful business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue, managed a portfolio of clients, and recruited for various industries such as semiconductor, automotive, medtech, hitech, retail, and BFSI.

Currently, Chauhan holds the role of Director Sales at Kredifi, starting in 2023.

Tesar Chauhan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, Finance from the University of West London from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Global Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Their secondary and senior secondary schooling was completed at St. Xavier School in Jaipur from 1992 to 2004, with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Tesar obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Traliant, including Python for Non-Programmers, Unconscious Bias, Hiring a Recruiting Firm, Inside Sales, Key Account Management, and Selling to Executives.
