Karianne Dovland

Karianne Dovland has extensive work experience in human resources and administration management. Karianne currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Kredinor AS, a role they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Manager at Nordea Finance Norway from December 2019 to September 2022. Before joining Nordea Finance Norway, they held the position of HR Business Partner for Norway & Sweden at Nordea Finance Norway from May 2016 to October 2022. Karianne also has a background in hotel management, having worked as the Human Resources Manager at Radisson BLU Airport Hotel, Gardermoen from February 2000 to September 2006, and as the Conference Manager at Thon Hotel Slottsparken from August 1994 to February 2000. Karianne started their career in 2006 as the Human Resources and Administration Manager at Nordea Finans Norge AS.

Karianne Dovland pursued their education in the field of Hotel Administration and Management at Norsk Hotellhøyskole. From 1992 to 1994, they completed their Høyskolekandidat degree in Hotel Administration at the institution.
