Juan Carlos Watkins began their career in 1998 as the Customer Services and Relations Manager at Mexicana Airlines. In 2011, they moved to Teleperformance Mexico as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for handling Customer Services and Customer Care for Aeroméxico. Juan improved all Service levels in a day-to-day operations for Aeroméxico and brought Call Center metrics to positives within 3 months. In 2012, Watkins became the Head of Travel Insurance México at ACE Seguros, where they managed and developed strategies and processes for the fastest growing line of Travel insurance in Mexico. During their time there, they led a period of fast growing expansion in the individual channel, with over 300% revenue increase. In 2015, Watkins joined Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH as a Customer Relations Manager, where they were commercially responsible for the sales cycle, including leads, conversion rate, marketing, and Customer experience. Juan also introduced operations procedures to ensure the Customer value proposition and increased positive Customer reviews to 99.
Juan Carlos Watkins attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Air Commerce.
