Mariana Golovca has a wealth of work experience. From 2011 to 2015, they worked in various roles at four different companies. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at SC Activ Imob SRL. In 2012, they moved to SC Intertoy Zone SRL, where they worked as a Sales Advisor. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at SC Intertoy Zone SRL again, this time as a Customer Support. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been working at Kreditech as an Assistant Manager Customer Service and Quality Controller - Trainer - Coach (Russian language). In their roles, they have been responsible for maintaining the quality of the company's services, checking calls and emails, providing feedback to team leaders, offering support and training to colleagues and newcomers, resolving customer requests and complaints, sales support and product exchange, customer advice, reception and sale of goods, daily reports, intermediation in real estate sales/purchases, details about real estate projects, and counseling and negotiations with clients.

Mariana then attended the State Pedagogical University "Taras Sevcenko" Chisinau, Moldavia from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education.
