Alex Wahlberg

Alex Wahlberg is a Customer Success Manager at Kreditz. Prior to this, they were the founder and manager of TheDecrypter, a website providing investment education for crypto investors as well as being a place for news and discussion. TheDecrypter was built completely on WIX, with Alex implementing a RSS feed, a forum, blog, and other features. They wrote articles on investment cases, investment theory, and general investment strategies, in addition to general macro analysis. Marketing for TheDecrypter was done through social media, which resulted in a peak of over 300 active daily visitors. Alex monitored visitor behavior through Google Analytics and developed new ideas and features for the website.

Before TheDecrypter, Alex worked as a certified insurance adviser at Länsförsäkringar, Sweden's largest insurance company. They advised customers on optimising their insurance coverage, sold insurance, and helped with technical questions and other diverse problems. Alex is certified under Swedish and European regulation, such as IDD and GDPR, and went through at least 15 hours of insurance and regulatory education yearly. They worked with 7+ different computer systems, including terminals. Incoming and outgoing calls, email, chat, postal communication, as well as in-person meetings were all handled by Alex. They also worked heavily with digitalization for both customers and the company. Customer satisfaction, retention and expansion were always the focus. Alex also worked with KYC and optimising the business through a change management initiative while at Länsförsäkringar. Top KPIs were achieved during their time there.

Alex Wahlberg has a BSc. in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School and a certification from Global Capital Market Solutions (GCMS) in GCMS Trading Diploma. Alex also has a certification from Finanskompetens in Försäkringsdistribution (Personal Insurance Agent).
