Helen Diana has extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as VP Product at Kredivo Group since October 2016, with previous roles including AVP, Head of Product and Head of Risk Operations & Product Owner, focusing on fraud management at both user and transaction levels. Prior to Kredivo Group, Helen held positions as a Lead Operation Analyst & Technical Product Manager and Business Analyst at PT. INDOPOLY SWAKARSA INDUSTRY, as well as a Marketing Research Supervisor at EF English First. Helen's earlier career includes roles as a Data Analyst and Personal Assistant at PT. Dima Indonesia, and a marketing role at PT Triyakom. Helen earned a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from BINUS University from 2007 to 2011.
