Krisna Parapat

Krisna Parapat is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as VP and Group Head of HR at Kredivo Group since July 2018, Krisna oversees HR and General Affairs, previously holding the position of AVP and Group Head of HR Operations. Prior experience includes working as Talent Acquisition & HRBP Manager at PT. Kreatif Media Karya and Lead Recruiter for Syngenta at IBM Kenexa. Krisna also led recruitment teams at BRecruit Indonesia, where responsibilities included business development and overseeing strategic recruitment initiatives across industries. Krisna holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
