Rian Rian

Rian Rian currently serves as the Field Collection Team Leader at FinAccel, overseeing a team of 7 Coordinators and 150+ Field Collectors across several cities in East Java since August 2022. Previously, Rian held multiple roles at Adira Finance from February 2019 to July 2022, including AR Head for the Bandung 4 Cimahi Branch and Bandung 7 Branch, where responsibilities included supervising field collectors, managing KPIs, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. Rian also gained experience as a Management Trainee in the Adira Leadership Development Program and began a career as a Librarian at the National Library of Indonesia in 2018. Rian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a focus on History from Universitas Sebelas Maret, completing studies in 2018.
