Serhii Kovalchuk

Serhii Kovalchuk is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at JSC KREDOBANK since January 2022. Prior to this role, Serhii worked as a Communications Specialist and Training & Development Manager at РК "ЖЖУК" from February 2019 to December 2021, and as a Customer Service Manager at Київстар from March 2018 to September 2019. Serhii also held the position of Sales Manager at TICKETS.UA LLC for a brief period in 2018. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Innovative Education and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Economic Activity from Lviv Polytechnic National University, as well as a Junior Specialist degree in Management of Organizations from College LNAU.
