Andreas Jørgensen is currently working as a Senior Specialist Hydraulik at Kredsløb since March 2021. Prior to this, Andreas was a Specialist Hydraulik at COWI from June 2018 to March 2021. Andreas also has experience working as a Studentervejleder/Student Assistant at Aarhus University, as well as a Ingeniørpraktik at Sintex a/s. Andreas holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering. Before pursuing their engineering career, Andreas was a professional basketball player for various teams, including Bakken Bears A/S and Svendborg Rabbits.

Kredsløb is an utility company with around 500 employees who work with contributing to the green transition and supporting our customers and partners in doing the same every day. RECYCLING AND WASTE We handle waste from 178,000 households in the Aarhus area and run the city’s recycling centres – also the recycling centre REUSE. DISTRICT HEATING AND ENERGY With a district heating network with more than 2,700 km, we are delivering heat and hot water to 330,000 citizens – focusing on making district heating even more green. At Kredsløb Power Plant Lisbjerg and Kredsløb Power Plant Skanderborg, we utilise waste to make electricity and district heating. Besides, we make heat of straw, chipped bark, sea water, surplus heat, and soon also geothermal energy. Kredsløb is owned by the municipality of Aarhus with a yearly turnover of DKK 2.1 billion.
