With previous experience as the Chairman of the Board at Aarhus International School, Senior HR Business Partner at Salling Group, and Director of Performance Management & People Processes at Arla Foods amba, Niclas has a strong background in HR leadership and strategic development. With a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Aarhus University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Niclas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organizations Niclas works with.
