Colby Wentz

Colby Wentz is an experienced professional in the egg production and processing industry, currently serving as the Director of Egg Operations at KREIDER FARMS since August 2016. In this role, Colby oversees a facility with 150 employees and manages a significant flock of 3.2 million cage-free and conventional layer hens. Previous positions at KREIDER FARMS include Site Manager for both the Manheim Egg and Specialty Egg facilities and Plant Manager of the Specialty Facility, where Colby implemented policies that enhanced operational efficiencies. Colby's earlier experience includes a role as Foreman/Project Manager at JFW Enterprises Inc., alongside a marketing internship at Utz Quality Foods. Colby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York between 2008 and 2014.
