Mark G. Metzler

Mark Metzler is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in business advisory, audit, and tax services. Currently serving as a Director at Kreischer Miller since 1994, Mark provides expert assistance to privately-held companies and exempt organizations, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, planning and forecasting, internal controls, and profit improvement. Prior to this role, Mark was the Controller at Gandalf Technologies from 1993 to 1994, managing accounting and reporting for an international data communications firm, and served as a Manager at KPMG from 1986 to 1993, where responsibilities included audit and accounting for various clients, including privately-held companies and SEC registrants.
