Randeep Dhaliwal FCA CTA has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Starting in 2000, they began their career at Southwestern Company, where they ran their own business as an independent contractor, selling educational books in North America. From 2002 to 2004, Dhaliwal worked at ebookers as an intern, contributing to the design of a tracking system that resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.

In 2004, Dhaliwal joined Spiers and Company as a Chartered Accountant, working closely with clients and managing their accounts. Randeep stayed with the firm until 2014, gaining experience in managing a portfolio of both personal and corporate clients.

Randeep obtained a Bsc (hons) degree in Computer Science and Management science from The University of Edinburgh, graduating in 2003. Following this, they pursued further education in accounting and became an ACA (Chartered Accountant) after completing their studies at ICAEW from 2004 to 2008. In 2015 and 2016, they focused on taxation and attended the Chartered Institute of Taxation to deepen their knowledge in this field. In September 2016, they obtained the Chartered Tax Advisor certification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
