Megan McGarvey

Megan McGarvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and event planning. Currently serving as a Board Member for FullCircle since May 2025 and holding the position of Director, CX + Fulfillment Operations at KREWE since December 2021, Megan has significantly improved customer experience and operational efficiency within retail and e-commerce. Previous roles include Team Lead at lululemon, where leadership of a 15-member team ensured excellence in guest support, and regional community lead, focusing on sales strategy and partnerships. Megan also has a solid background in meeting services, having directed operations for various events at the Associated General Contractors of America.
