William Garrow

William Garrow is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technical strategies and fostering excellence within engineering teams. Currently serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at Eclipse DOT, Garrow is pivotal in the development of a DOT compliance SaaS product. Previously, Garrow held dual roles as Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager at Inprovis, where a focus on mentorship and communication cultivated high engagement and reduced attrition.
