Balamurugan Subbiah

Bala is the President of KRG with a vision to revolutionize the way technology is used in Staffing. He is responsible for the strategic usage of technology and strategic directions for the company’s growth. He is known for his conscientious being and data interpretation. He plays an important role in creating processes which transforms the way work is delivered.

As the Chief Technical Officer, he is responsible for the execution and delivery of various custom application development projects for US based customers in Media, Non-profit, Insurance and Telecom domains. He builds and executes processes and methodology to secure well-funded technology contracts. He determines, defines and executes technical direction, strategy and market analysis. He had defined KRG’s IT policies which ensures reliable and on-time IT service to ensure customer delight.

Prior to KRG, Bala was with a technology giant, working at California.
