C. Daniel Motsinger

C. Daniel Motsinger is a Partner at Krieg DeVault LLP, where they lead the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Practice Group. With a concentration in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and commercial law, they have represented various clients in litigation and bankruptcy cases across the United States. Motsinger holds certifications in Business Bankruptcy from the American Board of Certification and has served as the 2011 Chair of its Board of Directors. They graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and summa cum laude from Hillsdale College, and have been admitted to practice in multiple states, including Indiana, Illinois, Florida, and California.
