Pau Castillo-Díaz

Pau Castillo-Díaz has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2018, they co-founded Kriim Natural Cosmetics. Prior to that, they worked as a Partners & Business Development PO at CaixaBank Digital Business from 2017 to 2020, where they focused on leveraging Open Banking regulations and establishing strategic partnerships. From 2015 to 2017, they were the co-founder and CEO of Shargo, a last-mile logistics service for e-commerce. During this time, they successfully raised funding and expanded the business across multiple cities in Spain. Before that, Pau worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte from 2013 to 2015. Pau also had the opportunity to be a Global Fellow at The Kairos Society from 2012 to 2014. Pau's career began in 2011 when they worked as a Researcher at the Departament d'Infraestructura del Transport i Territori (ITT) UPC, where they focused on studying port infrastructure management and the feasibility of the Mediterranean Corridor.

Pau Castillo-Díaz pursued their education from 2005 to 2012 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a MSc in Civil Engineering. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Deusto and completed a Master in Management in 2013, focusing on Finance and Business Strategy.
