Carsten Elmose

Carsten Elmose is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for the B2C Division and Group Marketing at Topdanmark Forsikring since June 2019, Carsten has also held various leadership roles including Head of Private Insurance at Topdanmark and senior positions at YouSee, Danica Pension, and Danske Bank Group, where responsibilities spanned marketing, customer satisfaction, and sales concepts across multiple countries. Carsten's expertise is further complemented by board memberships at TestaViva and Rungstedgaard and a strong entrepreneurial background. Carsten holds a Master of Science in Political Science from Aarhus University, along with education from Disney University and INSEAD.
