Erika Rose Santoro

Erika Rose Santoro has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erika Rose is currently serving as the Director of Creative Strategy & Programming at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. In this role, they collaborate with senior leadership, facilitates meetings, and designs and delivers creative strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Luminary Programming at Kripalu, where they developed and executed program strategies and fostered a positive team environment.

Before joining Kripalu, Erika operated their own business as a Creative Strategist & Advisor, offering guidance in creativity, business, and well-being within the wellness, music, and entertainment industries. Erika Rose supported artists, visionary leaders, and creative entrepreneurs in cultivating creative command and sustainable success.

Additionally, Erika co-founded and served as CEO of Rooted and Wild, starting in 2012. Erika Rose also held various roles at Revolutionary Entertainment, including Artist + Principal and Creative Director. Erika provided artist management services for Alicia Keys and worked as a producer for TV, film, and Broadway projects at AK Worldwide. Erika Rose had a long tenure as a songwriter and producer at Phoenix Rose Music Publishing, and they gained experience in tour management at Lellow Touring.

Erika Rose Santoro has a diverse education history. Erika Rose obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Music & Business from the University of Miami between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they briefly attended Boston College in 1997, focusing on Economics. Santoro completed their Certified Holistic Health Coach certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2006 to 2007. Erika Rose furthered their education at iPEC Coaching in 2018, earning a degree in Business, Life & Leadership Coaching. Additionally, Santoro holds various certifications, including Regenerative Business Design from Earth Activists in November 2020, Core Energy Coach and Energy Leadership from iPEC Coaching, and Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Erika Rose has also obtained certifications in Kundalini Yoga Teacher from KRI/IKYTA and Reiki I and II from The International Center for Reiki Training.
