Maeve is currently working as a Marketing Writer & Editor at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where they are responsible for writing, editing, designing, and publishing various programs and trainings on the organization's website. Maeve manages program flow, communicates deadlines, and contributes to the print catalog team. Prior to this, Maeve worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at the same organization.

In 2016, they founded their own marketing and web design company called Maeve Ryan Consulting. As the Founder & Owner, they have worked with prominent clients such as a boutique real estate firm and a renowned potter of diplomatic gifts.

Maeve has also held positions in the education sector. Maeve served as the Director of Marketing & Communications / Editor at Stoneleigh-Burnham School, where they developed and executed marketing campaigns for various programs and was responsible for the school alumnae magazine. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1999, they went on to Middlebury College for further academic pursuits, earning a Master of Arts degree between 2000 and 2003. Seeking to delve deeper into the field of education, Maeve enrolled at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2005, completing their studies in 2006 and obtaining a Master of Education degree.
