Maia Bielak has a diverse work experience. Maia started their career as a Marketing Representative at American INVESCO in 2006. Maia then transitioned into the wellness industry and worked as a Massage Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Wellness Educator at the American Hospital Association from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Massage Therapist at Exhale Enterprises from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Maia joined Allyu Spa as a Massage Practitioner and Wellness Educator, where they incorporated various massage practices into their sessions to provide personalized healing tools for their clients. Maia later became the Healing Arts Assistant Manager at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2012. Additionally, Maia owns their own business, Pacha Maia, starting from 2003.

Maia Bielak has an extensive education history spanning several years. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ohio University. Maia furthered their education by attending Clinical Massage Jobs from 2002 to 2003, where they received a degree in Massage Therapy with a focus on clinical massage. In 2006 and 2007, Maia studied at Life Force Arts, specializing in the Shaman's Path.

Maia continued to pursue their passion for yoga and healing practices by enrolling in various programs. In 2008, they completed the Yoga Trance Dance TM course by Shiva Rea at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. The following year, from 2009 to 2010, Maia obtained a Level One Yoga Teacher Certification in Kundalini Yoga from the Kundalini Research Institute. In 2010, they earned a Certification in Cherokee Bodywork from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, focusing on Native American healing techniques.

Maia's academic journey also involved exploring different forms of holistic medicine. In 2011, they pursued a Narrative Medicine Certification from AIMED to enhance their understanding of the connection between storytelling and healthcare.

More recently, Maia has engaged in spiritual and alternative healing practices. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the Jaguar Path, where they delved into Shamanism and Yoga. In 2015, they studied Dynamic Stillness, focusing on Cranial Sacral therapy, which emphasizes the transmission of love through hands-on techniques.

Throughout their education history, Maia Bielak has displayed a commitment to holistic healing, yoga, shamanism, and the integration of narrative medicine into healthcare practices.
