Joshua Vlach

Joshua Vlach is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in fitness, sales, and emergency services. As the owner of Vision Property Management since March 2022, Joshua has also been leading a sales team at Kris Krohn since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Joshua served as a firefighter with Snohomish County Fire District 5 and held positions as Fitness Director and Certified Personal Trainer at Columbia Athletic Club. Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Lake Washington Physical Therapy and a group fitness instructor at Wade King Recreation Center further highlights Joshua's commitment to health and wellness. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Everett Community College.
