McCarty has a proven track record in strategic planning and execution across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and residential markets, as well as alternative energy. Notable achievements include a significant increase in new customer contacts and opportunity pipelines at Eaton, and successful sales management across diverse GE divisions, leading to substantial revenue growth. McCarty holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
