Chandra Pal Singh

Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is a well known Cooperator. He is a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. He was also a member of the Uttar Pradesh State Legislative Assembly. Currently, he is the Vice-Chairperson of International Cooperative Alliance Asia-Pacific. Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is the President of National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) an apex cooperative representing the cooperative movement of India. He has been serving a large number of cooperatives from national level to primary levels in various capacities.
