Hiranmoy Neogi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over four decades. hiranmoy started their career at Themis Chemicals Ltd as a Manager from 1980 to 1985. hiranmoy then worked at Prefab Systems and KVS Engg as a Manager for over sixteen years. In 2001, they joined Consumer Unity Trust Society as the Director of Consumer Action Research and Training. After that, they worked at Mahyco Seeds Limited as a Works Manager from 2002 to 2007. hiranmoy then moved on to Krishidhan Seeds Limited as a General Manager Processing for a year before joining Gujarat Infra Pipes Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Vice President - Operations. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the General Manager Works at Tube Products Incorporate. Since 2012, they have been working at Krishidhan Seeds Limited as the Vice President of Processing & Infrastructure in Supply Chain Management, responsible for various operations, purchasing, logistics, and infrastructure development.
Hiranmoy Neogi pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from MS University - Baroda between the years 1973 and 1978. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university from 1999 to 2001.
