Mr Rao is an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and is the former CFO of Port of Algoma. He sits on the Board of multiple companies in Canada and India, and brings with him more than 25 years of experience. He has been a banker, investor, investment banker and CFO. He brings deep domain knowledge in strategic alliances, Fintech, investor relations, insurance and actuarial sciences.
