Areg Gedeonyan

Areg Gedeonyan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Areg is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Krisp, starting in November 2021. Previously, they were the Co-Founder of airesvalley since October 2016. Areg also worked as a Product Owner at TeamViewer from April 2020 to October 2021.

Prior to that, they held the position of Head of customer care digital transformation department at VEON from March 2018 to April 2020. Areg was also a Co-Founder at Wandelion from an unspecified date in 2013 to April 2020.

Before entering the tech sector, Areg gained experience in sales and distribution as the Dairy equipment sales department head at CARD AgroService CJSC from October 2012 to March 2018. Areg also worked as a Loan officer - Leasing specialist at CARD AgroCredit UCO CJSC from June 2008 to March 2018.

Additionally, Areg has an entrepreneurial background as the Co-founder of Friends Bar club from August 2010 to November 2013. Areg began their career at the Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development (CARD) as a Rural Development Project Specialist from December 2005 to October 2012.

During their early career, Areg was Vice President Finance at AIESEC in Armenia in 2005. Overall, Areg Gedeonyan has demonstrated a wide range of skills and experiences across various positions and industries.

Areg Gedeonyan obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from the Yerevan State Economics Institute between 1998 and 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org, Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera, Software Product Management Specialization from Coursera, Executive Data Science Specialization from Coursera, CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. The certifications were obtained in various years, ranging from 2017 to 2021.
