Asti Pili

Asti Pili has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2008, Asti worked as a Test Automation Intern at CQG, where they were responsible for developing test strategies, writing and maintaining testing scripts, and reporting defects.

In 2009, Asti became a freelance designer, offering web design services to clients until 2011.

Asti then had several roles in different companies, including being a UI Designer Intern at Exercise.com, an Interactive Developer at Loomis Group, and a Web Design Engineer at movitto.com.

From 2013 to 2016, Asti worked as a UI Engineer at RichRelevance, where they developed UI components for various web applications.

In 2017, Asti briefly worked as a UI Developer at Logitech.

In 2018, Asti joined 2Hz as a Manager of Growth, responsible for implementing growth strategies.

Asti then became the Director of Operations Armenia at HIVE Ventures in 2019, where they managed operations in the country.

In 2020, Asti joined Krisp as a Growth Manager and later took on the role of Sr. Manager Growth & Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager Growth & Leading new PMF squad at the company.

Throughout their career, Asti has gained expertise in growth management, analytics, partnerships, UI development, and web design.

Asti Pili earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Yerevan State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from General Assembly in December 2016 and completed the Reforge Growth Series from Reforge in May 2020.
