Eduard Hambardzumyan

Eduard Hambardzumyan has extensive experience in product design and user experience. Eduard is currently working as a Sr. Product Designer II at Krisp. Prior to this, they worked at Fyllo as a Sr. Lead Product Designer, where they designed and launched new enterprise product features resulting in increased customer retention and satisfaction. Eduard also collaborated with the engineering team to optimize production processes and developed a new customer onboarding process.

Before that, Eduard worked at DataOwl as a Sr. Product Designer, leading the redesign of the company's customer dashboard and account management. Eduard also implemented a new user research process and worked with cross-functional teams to design and launch a new product feature.

In addition, Eduard worked as a UX Design Trainer at Business Development Group and as a Senior UX Designer at Concept Studio. Eduard improved user engagement on clients' websites, streamlined the checkout process for an online booking platform, and led a team of designers in the redesign of enterprise software.

Eduard's career also includes experience as a Graphic/Visual Designer at Ardēan/Արդեան and as an Art Teacher at the National center of Aesthetics.

Eduard Hambardzumyan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Applied Arts at Yerevan Haybusak University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained the following certifications: Product Analytics Micro-Certification (PAC) from Product School in February 2022, Product Analytics from Product School in October 2020, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in July 2020.
