Hovhannes Karapetyan (PHD)

Hovhannes Karapetyan (PHD) has extensive work experience in the field of QA Engineering. Hovhannes is currently a Lecturer at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior QA Engineer I at Krisp starting from May 2022.

Before joining Krisp, Hovhannes worked at Vineti for several years. From September 2021 to May 2022, they served as a Senior QA Engineer, contributing to the quality assurance of software products. From January 2019 to September 2021, they held the role of SQA Engineer at Vineti, where they developed and executed software quality strategies, set measures and targets for product quality and defect management. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at Vineti from October 2018 to December 2018, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Hovhannes Karapetyan (PHD) began their education in 2013 at the Armenian State University of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics in 2017. Hovhannes then pursued further studies and earned two Master's degrees from both the Armenian State University of Economics and the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia in Project Management, from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Hovhannes enrolled in the Armenian State University of Economics' Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program, specializing in Mathematical Economics, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Hovhannes also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2020, they received certifications in JMeter: Performance and Load Testing, Postman Essential Training, and Ethical Hacking: Vulnerability Analysis from LinkedIn.
