Karine Shahnazaryan has a diverse work experience in design roles. Karine is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Krisp since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mamble from 2021-2022, where they started as a Mentor in UX/UI Design and later became a Senior UX/UI Designer. At Mamble, they worked on a high-traffic website in collaboration with the US partner's product and enterprise design team. Karine also mentored and assisted in the hiring process for design interns.
Before their role at Mamble, Karine worked at ClinSoft LLC from 2016-2021 as a UI/UX Designer. In this role, they worked closely with key stakeholders to develop solutions for clinical research services and other healthcare technology services. Karine also played a key role in developing brand identities for the main and affiliate companies.
Prior to ClinSoft, Karine worked at earlyone from 2016-2020 as a UI/UX Designer. Karine collaborated with the CEO/Founder, engineers, and product managers to create a customer flow management system. Karine'sresponsibilities included creating a full-service B2B SaaS product, conducting research activities, and understanding market and user behavior.
Earlier in their career, Karine gained experience as a Graphic Designer and Exhibition Coordinator at "\"Artbridge\" bookstore-cafe" from 2007-2020. Karine has also worked as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer at LimeTech LLC from 2015-2017, as well as a Web Designer and Graphic Designer at Toort Studio from 2011-2015. Karine started their career as a Graphic Designer at Zangak Publishing House in 2011 and worked as an Assistant to the Designer at "\"Multishok\" magazine" from 2010-2011.
Throughout their various roles, Karine has gained experience in product design, UX/UI design, graphic design, and exhibition coordination. Karine has collaborated with different teams and stakeholders, conducted research, and worked on diverse projects in the healthcare, technology, and publishing industries.
Karine Shahnazaryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Graphic Artist from the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Karine has also pursued several certifications. Karine obtained a certification in "Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman" from The Interaction Design Foundation in February 2022. Prior to that, they acquired certifications in "Web Design for Usability" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in December 2021, "UX Management: Strategy and Tactics" from The Interaction Design Foundation in October 2021, "Accessibility: How to Design for All" from The Interaction Design Foundation in August 2021, and "Human-Computer Interaction - HCI" from The Interaction Design Foundation in January 2021.
