Levon Shahbazyan has diverse work experience in the technology and customer care sectors. Levon began their career at Orange in 2014 as a Retention and Loyalty specialist, where they worked until 2015. Levon then joined Ucom LLC as a Retention and Loyalty specialist from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Levon joined Joomag, Inc. as a Customer Care Associate, and subsequently worked as a Customer Care Executive from 2017 to 2018. Levon then transitioned into the role of Senior Customer Care Coordinator/Software testing from 2018 to 2019. Levon's most recent position is at Krisp, where they started in 2019 as a QA Engineer II before being promoted to Senior QA Engineer I, and currently holds the role of Senior QA Engineer II Tech Lead.
Levon Shahbazyan has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Yerevan State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Levon then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
