Taguhi Manukian

Taguhi Manukian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career at Arthurs Aghveran Resort as a Front Desk Agent from December 2017 to March 2019. They then worked at Accor as a Front Office Specialist from March 2019 to March 2020. In 2020, they joined WeDoApps as a Marketing Specialist from September 2020 to April 2021, and simultaneously worked at CountryNet Software as a Customer Support Specialist and Manual Tester from March 2020 to June 2021. Most recently, they worked at Krisp, starting as a Customer Care Specialist II from June 2021 to June 2022, then as a Senior Customer Care Specialist I from July 2022 to December 2022, and currently hold the position of Product Documentation Specialist II starting from December 2022.

Taguhi Manukian completed their Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in Tourism Management from the Armenian State University of Economics in 2018. Taguhi then pursued further education and obtained their Master's degree in Marketing with a focus on Marketing Communications from the same university, graduating in 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Taguhi has also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Agile Fundamentals and Mindset" certification from the American University of Armenia. Taguhi also earned certifications in "Basics of Project Management" from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and "Foundations of Project Management" through Coursera in the same month. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "Introduction to Machine Learning" and "Introduction to Software Testing" from Coursera in April 2021.

Prior to these certifications, Taguhi completed the "Agile with Atlassian Jira" certification from Coursera in March 2021. Additionally, they completed a course in "C++ Basic" from the Russian-Armenian University Business School in November 2020.
