Rachel Corkett is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Customer Experience and Insights Manager for Krispy Kreme UK and Ireland since June 2014. Rachel has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences across multiple channels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through analysis of customer feedback. Previous roles at Krispy Kreme include Customer Experience Manager and Occasions & Customer Care Manager, where leadership and operational support were key focuses. Prior to Krispy Kreme, Rachel had experience in education as a Trainee History Teacher and in recruitment as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Exeter and a PGCE in History from the University of Portsmouth.
