Samantha Jackson is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital experience and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Experience at Krispy Kreme UK and IRE since February 2021, Samantha has progressively advanced through roles including Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager and CRM & Loyalty Manager. Prior to this, Samantha was with B&Q from August 2015 to February 2021, where roles included Trade Customer and Loyalty Manager and Trade Customer and Direct Communications Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Healthy Pets Insurance from January 2010 to August 2015, focusing on marketing and communications. Samantha holds an MA in Marketing (Digital Media) as well as a BA (Hons) in Marketing with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
